Townhouses

The spacious two bedroom townhouse properties are situated within the buildings of the Hilltop Village. Two townhouse types are available. The Townhouse comes with incredible roof decks on two levels providing incredible 360° panoramic views. You can enjoy the sun set from the optional spa tub on the upper terrace. The Townhouse (Sloping) has its entry at ground level and steps down the hill to its bedroom. The bedroom opens to a generous terrace and overlooks beautiful gardens. Substantial roof terraces make these properties perfect for el fresco living.

Twin Villas & Junior Villas

Cascading down the hill from the hilltop village and sprinkled around the golf course and the azure lagoon are the Ancient Sands Twin Villas. and Junior Villas. These two and three bedroom homes offer a fantastic retreat. The properties have stunning domed roofs over the master bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, open plan living and dining spaces, outdoor bath and shower gardens and generous terraces.

Each Twin Villa is set in shared grounds with their own private plunge pools. The Junior Villas are located in the Fairways Neighbourhood and are part of the mansion buildings.

Villas

Opulent three and four bedroom villas are draped around the lagoon and golf course at Ancient Sands Resort. On large plots, these luxury homes offer a private retreat with all the luxuries associated with a holiday home. Drive up your private motor court and enter the majestic arched entrance to your villa. Three unique villa designs are available for both the three and four bedroom homes to make sure that you can have a property that best suits your personality.

Each villa has an option for its own vast swimming pool. The living spaces flow into outdoor living areas with indoor/outdoor fireplaces. Each spacious double bedroom has unparalleled views and an extravagant en-suite bathroom, while the master bedroom can have a private shower garden. Trellis covered dining areas overlook the pool and the beautiful grounds where you can be at one with nature. Optional extras including maid's quarters can be added to your home.

There are two private islands within the development. Owners on these islands will have the opportunity to custom build their own grand home, giving them a truly unique property to enjoy.
