Receive Information
- Receive the following collateral:
- Floor Plates (Building layouts).
- Draft Agreements - Sale & Purchase Agreement, Services & Maintenance Agreement and Rental Management Agreement (upon request).

Secure a Unit
- Review the Reservation Form and draft Agreements (Sale & Purchase Agreement, Services & Maintenance Agreement and Rental Management Agreement).
- Inform your agent of the specific unit(s) you wish to reserve.
- Your agent will check availability with the Developer.
- Select your preferred payment plan.
- Your agent will confirm the accepted reservation of your unit.
- Sign and return the Reservation Form.
- Pay 1% of the purchase price (non-refundable) to secure your specific unit reservation. (This payment will be allocated against your first exchange payment)

Confirmation of Reservation The Developer will return a signed copy of the Reservation Form which will also act as a receipt for your deposit. |
EXCHANGE TO COMPLETION |
Contract Exchange Once you receive your (unit specific) Sale & Purchase Agreements, please review seeking legal advice where necessary. The Agreements must be signed and returned within 30 days and accompanied by your cheque or wire transfer for the first payment (less the reservation fee) as per the contract. |
Stage Payments Payment according to your selected purchase plan. Upon your second payment you select your finishing style if you are entering the rental management programme.

Completion of your Apartments or Town Houses Payment of the final balance of the purchase price upon unit completion (excluding implementation of any furniture packages). |
