As an owner at Ancient Sands Resort you will receive a fantastic selection of benefits as well as being entitled to the El Gouna Owner's Card.
Owners at Ancient Sands Resort will be given a complimentary one year membership to Quintessentially with access to its 24-hour global concierge service.
As an introductory offer to purchasers at Ancient Sands Resort, we are offering one years' free membership at the 18-hole, par 72, Ancient Sands championship golf course designed by Karl Litten. The membership will start when your property is complete. The membership is for two people and allows reduced green fees for play on the course.
Ancient Sands Resort owners will be automatically entitled to an El Gouna Owners card that currently provides discounts on green fees and equipment hire at both golf courses in El Gouna.
As an owner you will get one free spa treatment in your first year of ownership. After this you will be entitled to a 25% discount on the treatments at the dedicated Ancient Sands Resort spa and fitness centre.
Owners will secure a 50% discount from rental rates at the resort for those properties included within the rental management programme. So, if you want to bring lots of friends and family to see your beautiful home at the resort, as well as giving them the chance to enjoy all the facilities and activities on offer, then this is the ideal way to accommodate your guests.
Owners at Ancient Sands Resort will have complimentary use of the tennis court facilities at Ancient Sands Resort.
