Units in the Rental Management Programme

For those purchasers wishing to enter the Rental Management Programme, Alchemy have prepared three interior finishing specifications:

• Cool White
• Modern Classic
• Yacht*

The cost of these superb upgraded specifications, which include air conditioning, stunning wall and floor options and designer kitchens and bathrooms, is included in the price of your unit. Purchasers choosing to enter the Rental Management Programme will have to select one of these three options within 6 months of signature of the Sale and Purchase agreement.

Units outside the Rental Management Programme

For those buyers not participating in the Rental Management Programme, a more basic specification -"Gouna Galala" is available. Air conditioning and kitchen units are not included in this specification, but may be purchased separately.
