Madinet Jumeierah - Dubai - UAE

The latest luxury resort by hotelier Jumeirah International is located on the coast of Jumeirah in Dubai. At 940 rooms, the  resort will be one of the largest in the region. Also included in the resort is a souk-style retail complex, a 9,000- square meter conference facility, a Six Senses Spa with 30 treatment rooms, and over 40 restaurants, bars, and cafes. All of the elements of the resort are linked by over 3.5 kilometers of waterways throughout the project using 30 abras, traditional Arabian boats used for fishing and transportation. EDSA has been involved in the planning and design of the project since it’s inception and has continued to work nonstop on the project through design development and construction administration.

The Spa at Little Dix Bay - British Virgin Islands

Dramatically situated on the cliff's edge the Spa at Little Dix Bay overlooks the glistening Sir Francis Drake Channel and the resort below. The intoxicating beauty of the surrounding environment captures the essence of relaxation and renewal. The spa offers an array of Caribbean specialties that fuse the indigenous botanical resources proliferating within the grounds of the resort with traditional, spiritual and physical healing arts.

San Roque - Spain

The San Roque Club is situated on 340 acres in the southernmost part of Andalucia, Spain, on the Costa del Sol. Plans for the project include single-family and multi-family residential areas, a clubhouse, a golf course, and commercial areas.

EDSA provided conceptual design and master plan refinement services for The San Roque Club. In addition, EDSAprovided detailed design and on-site construction administration for Phase One, which included the implementation of project entrances, golf club, and hotel.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center Florida

This 65-acre project features a blend of Florida themes flowing through the 4-acre Grand Atrium giving visitors the ultimate Florida experience. Other amenities include: 1,400 rooms, four atriums, two outdoor themed swimming pools, themed river walk, and a special events area

Atlantis - Paradise Island - Bahamas

This 30-acre mega-resort offers 1,147 hotel rooms, 12 restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, private airport, and a 30,000-square foot casino. The centerpiece of Atlantis is a 14-acre waterscape of meandering streams, freshwater pools, saltwater lagoons and waterfalls amidst a tropical garden setting of more than 1,400 coconut palms. In addition, there are numerous aquariums where guests can observe 100 species of marine life including predatory sharks, barracudas, stingrays, and sea turtles.

EDSA acted as the design team leader for all site works during design development and construction document preparation. EDSA continued its role as design team leader throughout the construction coordination responsibilities.
